The staff proved to be friendly and helpful, and the room was amazingly clean, comfortable and cozy. this place is quite close to Phaya Thai Airport Rail station , made transportation convenient. We enjoyed the fascinating hotel facilities, including the marvelous pool. We also appreciated the free parking and its location that gave us easy accessibility to the city center.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent. They offered 24-hour pick-up and drop-off to the nearby BTS and Airport Link stations, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns I had. They were pretty good too ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was hearty and satisfying. It provided a good start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient for exploring popular shopping destinations like MBK or Platinum Mall. It took around 25 minutes to reach these areas, and the closest BTS station was not on the same line as the ones going to these shopping centers.

Conveniently located next to a train stop with easy access to the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms with standard amenities. Good value for the price. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English well. Free shuttle service provided to the train station.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was incredibly convenient. It was right next to the Airport Rail Link station, making it super easy to get to and from the airport. Plus, it was near areas that I was familiar with, which made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were surprisingly comfy and the bathrooms were nice. this hotel offered good value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is in a convenient location, close to both the airport railway link and PhayaThai station, making it easy to get around the city. It's also near plenty of shopping opportunities. Rooms are modest but have all the necessary amenities, and the cleaning service is good. The rooftop pool is a nice bonus.
The surrounding area can be a little scary at night, so solo travelers may want to take extra precautions.

the staff promptly addressed the issue and assured me that it would be replaced the following day. Unfortunately, when I returned to the hotel, there was still no new hair dryer. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and reasonable price made up for this minor inconvenience. the convenient transportation options provided by the hotel, such as their own tuk-tuk and proximity to the nearest BTS station, made exploring Bangkok much easier.
